A Traceroute Scout checks the available routes taken by packets across an IP network to reach the destination. It finds all various hops (routers) that the packets went through and checks the latency of each hop along the way.
To create a Traceroute Scout:
- Under Type, select Traceroute from the dropdown.
- Enter one of the following: IP, FQDN, or Hostname.
