The Custom Hive collects its enrichment data from two data points -
- The server on which the session been opened - With remote WMI query from the Custom Hive to the VDA on which the session been opened to get Network Latency and ICA RTT of the session.
- The CVAD Broker that brokered the session - With OData query to the relevant CVAD Broker to get the actual Windows Logon duration of the session and various info about the VDA
To allow Data Enrichment, open Scoutbees Configuration (C:\Program Files (x86)\Scoutbees Custom Hive\sb-config.exe) and go to the Enrichment Credentials tab.
In the Enrichment Credentials tab, select the Remote WMI checkbox, and enter credentials for remote WMI query (these credentials will be used to get metrics from the server on which the synthetic session will be running).
Note: These credentials will be used for XenDesktop queries too.
